What We Test For

Microbial Contamination

We perform total plate counts, Most Probable Number testing, and pathogen identification for common foodborne bacteria such as Salmonella, Listeria, and E. coli. Our microbial testing helps determine if a product is safe for consumption or requires recall or reformulation.

Chemical and Toxin Detection

We screen for heavy metals, toxins, pesticides, and residues that may originate from ingredients, processing equipment, or packaging. We investigate off-odors and discoloration to determine the source of contamination or degradation.
